It takes a village. Our small speculoos army shelled in milk chocolate with marshmallow and speculoos crunchy base. Just an appreciation post to our small but growing team. I’ve been trying to step away from the shop to find some fall season motivation after the hectic summer. I came in this morning to find everything wrapped so nicely, labeled and put away and the kitchen clean. Nothing that a chocolatier loves most. Just one thing that has been taken off my plate and makes the hard work a little less hard. Grateful to our team, James, Sylvia, Chunyan and our new dishwasher/kitchen assistant Aaron.
