Fun facts about these bars is that most everything is done by hand. Cleaned, polished, colored, shelled, filled, and packaged by our own two hands. If you’ve ever wondered why our prices are the way they are, it’s only because the price of chocolate and the ingredients used to make everything have risen dramatically. We’ve never added less here, in fact, it’s only more (more cream, more katafi, etc) to enhance the eating experience. Except for trying to achieve a thin shell, everything else is thick 😉 just a courtesy reminder that if you plan on stopping by these last few days, the parking lot is currently undergoing renovation so please be mindful not to park in a tow away zone. 💚

Happy Diwali and Halloween week! New bonbon in the case today: Caramel apple pie. Dulcey @valrhonausa shell, apple pate de fruit, cinnamon apple caramel and a spiced crust. We also have some new gelato flavors debuting today including one that some have been asking for. Here’s a hint: it’s green and it’s been the topic all summer. Any guesses?

Our first fall item in the shop! Pumpkin spice macarons made with pumpkin and all the fall spices drizzled with a caramelized white chocolate and graham crumbs. Now just waiting on that sweater weather.. 🥰🧡🎃
