Happy 4th of July everyone!

Turned on the oven super early this morning to make more pistachio kunafeh bars at our chocolate shop. We’ll be turning off the preorder form shortly since I have all the necessary ingredients to make them available in-store on a first come, first serve basis. If you’ve placed an order and would like to pick up this week, you can!

Thank you so much for all your orders. So much thought and effort has gone into honing the flavor of these bars, from the toasting of the kunafeh to adding the right amount of tahini and pistachio cream. Story time: The way I decompress after work is I watch people eating on TikTok 🤷‍♀️ I saw this chocolate bar months ago from a gourmet chocolate shop in Dubai and have wanted to recreate it. A few renditions later, we’re almost there. The filling features pistachio cream, Soom Foods tahini, crispy knafeh, and toasted chopped pistachios inside either our house Valrhona USA dark or milk chocolate shell. It is big, crispy, and delicious!

Our enrober is finally fixed at our gourmet chocolate shop! Miracles happen every day 😉 Dark chocolate covered gummy bears are back in stock. By the way, if you’ve made it this far, it’s going to be a hot summer and our artisanal chocolates don’t like the heat, so please plan accordingly! Like our customers who brought their own cooler and ice packs— so smart! Just in case of emergencies, we have gel packs ready for you at our chocolate shop. Have a lovely weekend ❤️🧸
