






I thought I’d give you a rundown on how we make the viral Dubai Pistachio Kunefah bars!
1. Chop the kataifi
2. Melt the butter
3. Toss the kataifi in melted butter, then add salt, and toast it in the oven until it is nicely browned and crispy
4. Next, toast the pistachios
5. Add some cocoa butter and white chocolate to the tahini and pistachio cream
6. Fill the molds, let the filling set a bit, then cap the bars!
