Story time: The way I decompress after work is I watch people eating on TikTok 🤷♀️ I saw this chocolate bar months ago from a gourmet chocolate shop in Dubai and have wanted to recreate it. A few renditions later, we’re almost there. The filling features pistachio cream, Soom Foods tahini, crispy knafeh, and toasted chopped pistachios inside either our house Valrhona USA dark or milk chocolate shell. It is big, crispy, and delicious!
