Hi! I’m going to post now before I lose steam (again). Our small team is growing! And by small, I mean it is literally just me (Hanna), Tarek, Sylvia, Chunyan and now we’ve added James as our kitchen assistant! If you see an unfamiliar face in the shop helping you, say hello! James is new to the chocolate industry but has a passion for baking. His calm energy helps us all when we are under pressure and best of all he is a local East Bay!
